I teach all ages and levels, and travel to your home!
I have 30+ years experience playing classical piano, have a B.A. in Music from St. Olaf College in MN, and have experience with jazz, blues, improvisation, folk, pop and Latin American styles (salsa, Cuban, folk). I am open to playing with and teaching all of these styles, while relying firmly on my classical foundation. I teach technique, theory, sight-reading and performance repertoire appropriate to the student’s level.
I have 10+ years experience teaching piano in the Bay Area, to a variety of ages and levels.
